2006
ANNUAL JOG MEETING
In October 31st
2006, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) hosted a JOG
meeting in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
The meeting
was led by the C3P Director General and attended by representatives from
C3P, NASA Headquarters, NASA Kennedy Space Center, NASA White Sands Test
Facility, US Air Force Space Command, International Trade Bridge, Inc.
(ITB) and
the Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade (ISQ).
The JOG
meeting was opened with some background history and news about the Air Force
Space Command (AFSPC).
At the JOG
meeting a review of C3P’s activities and achievements in 2005 and 2006 were
provided (information available in C3P’s Activities Report 2005/2006).
During this
meeting several possible project areas were discussed for C3P to explore in
2006/2007, namely:

Fuel Cells
and Hydrogen Production;
►
Renewable
Energies – system integration;
►
Groundwater
treatment / remediation.
Discussions
at the JOG wrapped up with the C3P Executive Session.
